Dedicated, evidence based Occupational Therapy that works at the neurological foundations beneath your child's development, drawing on reflex integration, sensory processing and neuroplasticity to build the capacity to feel settled, capable and engaged.
Struggles that look very different often share a thread. One that is frequently overlooked is the foundation beneath them, the early patterns called primitive reflexes, and how the body organises and works together, from the position of the tongue and the movement of the eyes to core stability and posture.
When that foundation is still developing, the body works harder underneath the surface, and what can look like behaviour may be the nervous system asking for support.
This work supports children across many presentations and profiles. If your child is not listed, you are still warmly welcome to reach out, what matters most is understanding the foundations beneath their individual needs.

The underlying foundations we build together
When we support the foundations, everything built upon them grows steadier.
First we build a precise understanding of your child, then you choose how we work together. Defined programs with a clear method and clear outcomes, rather than an open ended hourly cost.
Most therapy is charged by the hour, stretching across a year or more with no clear endpoint, often well beyond three or four thousand dollars before real change takes hold. Here, you invest in a complete, designed program with a beginning, a method, and lasting results. Clearer, more contained, and built to genuinely work.
Every child begins here. The assessment builds a clear picture of what is really going on and exactly what will help. Choose the screen on its own, or with the school picture added.
A clear, whole picture of where your child is, why everyday things feel hard, and exactly what would help, so you leave with direction, not just observations.
The fuller picture, joining the dots between how your child is developing and how they are coping at school, so home and classroom can pull in the same direction.
With a clear picture in hand, your child steps into the program that fits, the focused intensive, or a steadier weekly path.
Our most comprehensive program. Concentrated across two weeks, it draws on neuroplasticity to build a stronger foundation for attention, coordination, regulation and confidence, addressed at the level beneath the surface rather than the symptoms above it.
Best forChildren with retained reflexes, sensory processing and coordination difficulties, or developmental delay, who would benefit from focused, sustained support and measurable momentum.
The same evidence based approach, compressed into a shorter, more concentrated block for families who cannot commit across two weeks. Three longer sessions over three days deliver focused sensory motor and reflex integration work, drawing on the same neuroplasticity principles as The Integration Intensive.
Best forFamilies who need a shorter, more concentrated block, including those travelling in, who want focused support delivered across just a few days.
Not every family is suited to an intensive, and that is completely okay. Weekly therapy builds the same lasting foundations at a gentler, sustainable pace, woven into the rhythm of the school term. Begin with your assessment pathway, then commit to weekly sessions across the term, steady, consistent progress your child can grow into.
Best forFamilies who prefer a steady weekly rhythm over a concentrated block, or for whom an intensive is not the right fit, wanting consistent progress across the term.
I take a small number of families at a time, so each receives my full attention and care. Intensive blocks, particularly during school holidays, are limited and tend to fill quickly. Sessions can be held in person or by telehealth. For participants in regional areas, sessions can be online, or the assessment can be completed in person.
Build your estimate, then, if you like, work out what you might pay after your rebates.
Weekly sessions are $250 each. Add them to a program, or estimate them on their own.
Select an option above to begin.
Wondering what you would actually pay? Most families claim a good portion back.
Your program can be itemised into individual sessions, including parent consults and report writing, so there is more for you to claim against.
Choose how you plan to claim. Each invoice goes to one rebate service only, though different invoices can go to different services.
Extras vary by fund and cover, so enter your own figures. Assessment invoices usually aren't claimable through private health, so only therapy sessions are counted.
Medicare then adds a rebate on up to 5 therapy invoices, at about $61.80 each, on top of your private health. These are different invoices, so nothing is claimed twice.
With a GP Chronic Disease Management plan, Medicare rebates about $61.80 per session for up to 5 sessions a year. Assessment invoices aren't counted here.
If you're self or plan managed with OT funding, these services should be covered in full, subject to your allocation, and itemised to NDIS pricing. We can't support agency managed plans.
Enter your figures above to estimate.
A guide only, built from the figures you enter. Please confirm your own entitlements with your fund, GP or plan manager. A full itemised breakdown comes with your personalised quote.
*A small additional travel fee may apply for families in outer suburbs or regional areas. Any travel is always discussed and all pricing confirmed with you before your place is secured.
A full schedule of fees is shared before you begin, so everything feels clear and there are no surprises.
Pay directly by card or bank transfer, with a clear schedule up front.
Many families claim a private health rebate, depending on your cover and extras.
Self managed and plan managed participants are warmly welcomed.
A Chronic Disease Management plan may offer a rebate for eligible clients.
Program costs mapped out clearly from the start, so you always know where you stand.
Programs and assessments are offered as clear fixed price packages, set out above, with a full schedule shared before you begin. Payment can be made privately, with a possible private health rebate, or accessed through NDIS self and plan managed funding. Everything is itemised, so participants can access support in line with NDIS pricing caps, and so eligible families can claim through private health extras or Medicare rebates. A full itemised breakdown is provided with your personalised quote, and I am always happy to talk through what applies to your family. Programs can also be delivered as behaviour support under the NDIS.
So many regional families have the funding and the determination, but no specialist support within reach. The Integration Intensive is built to come to you, with in person options for nearby families and a fully supported telehealth pathway for those further away, including weekend to Monday intensive blocks.
Explore Regional & Rural SupportA few of the practical things parents like to understand before we begin.
We begin with your assessment pathway, the Developmental and Sensory Screen, to build a clear picture of your child, followed by recommendations tailored to their needs. From there we choose the right program together, at a pace that suits your family.
Yes. The Integration Intensive concentrates the work across two weeks for deep, lasting change, the Condensed Intensive offers a shorter block over just a few days for families who cannot commit across two weeks, and the Maintenance and Weekly program suits families for whom an intensive is not the right fit. We will find the format that works best for you.
The choice is yours, and we decide together based on what your child needs. Many families choose to do a second intensive block to keep building, others take a break to let the progress settle, and others embed maintenance into a weekly routine to gently carry the work forward. There is no single right path, only the one that suits your child and your family.
Sessions are held at home and school, the environments where children feel most comfortable and where they are already living and learning. Working in these familiar spaces means we can use your own home equipment and everyday routines, which makes the work more natural, more accessible, and easier to carry through between sessions.
Absolutely not. I only need a small space, and I will always bring everything I need. Your home is your safe space, and it is where so much of the change will happen.
It works beautifully, and parents are central to it. Activities are emailed to you, and we meet over a Zoom session where you engage with your child while I guide on screen, encouraging your child through the tasks and actively coaching you through the session. A parent or another adult must be present throughout, and that involvement is part of what makes it so effective.
Yes, always. Your child works with me directly, every session, so they receive consistent, high quality care from someone who truly knows them and their story. Children are never passed along to someone else, and that continuity helps them feel safe and helps progress hold.
