Ella MacLean Peadiatric & Developmental Therapist
Ella MacLean is an Occupational Therapist at Integrate & Regulate OT specialising in regulation and developmental growth through sensory integration, trauma-informed care, and both cognitive and body-based therapeutic movement. Her practice is grounded in the belief that regulation begins in the body, and that meaningful functional growth emerges through safety, connection and strength.
Ella works with children, teens and adults who experience challenges with emotional regulation, sensory processing, attention and executive functioning, as well as difficulties with fine or gross motor coordination, handwriting and visual–motor integration. She also supports individuals whose learning or behaviour is influenced by retained reflex patterns, school or workplace participation demands, and the fatigue that comes from transitions, daily living tasks or “holding it together” throughout the day. Ella understands that these presentations often reflect an underlying load on the nervous system — not a lack of effort — and approaches each person with warmth, curiosity and developmental attunement.
Ella provides mobile and school-based Occupational Therapy services across Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee, Double Bay, Kensington, Kingsford, Maroubra, Paddington, Queens Park, Randwick, Rose Bay, Tamarama, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay, Waverley, Woollahra and surrounding suburbs. Limited sessions are also offered at Alexandria Park. Telehealth appointments available Australia-wide.
